Refund policy

Returns:
We have a no cash return policy. Store credit will be given for any defective or returned items.

Since Style a Go-Go is a traveling boutique and an online shop we have a couple different return policies. We also deal with low quantities and we replenish our selection quickly.

If your purchase was made on the truck, we can only honor exchanges within 15 days of the purchase date.

All items must be unworn and still have original tags on them. You can contact us and setup a time to bring the item to our next stop or can ship it to us. Shipping costs for you to return will not be refunded.

If purchased online, we will honor returns or exchanges for up to 30 days. All items must be unworn and still have original tags on them.

For All Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and still have it's tags.

Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after purchase or 30 days after delivery if purchased online.
* Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
